You might remember a couple of months ago we introduced Norway’s @amundsenbryggeri to Sydney with one massive tap showcase.

Their second shipment has just arrived in Sydney, featuring some old favourites and a couple of very special new releases.

The Ink & Dagger Modern Day IPA is our recommendation for today. Crisp and refreshing with tropical mango and pineapple hop flavours - this 6.5% tin will stop you sweating and get you smiling.

425s at 330ml prices on a Monday is cool, but updating our Rare Phew menu with some extra special treats is even cooler.

Mike and Ben over at @ekimbrewingco have brewed us up this tasty little number in honour of our 5th birthday today.

Passionfruit Citralaxy IPA is a West Coast IPA with all the goodness of fresh passionfruit, alongside Citra and Galaxy hops. It clocks in at a 6.8% ABV, and is tasting absolutely delicious.

Who said lagers can’t be sexy?

@garageproject’s infamous yearly release, the Triple Day of the Dead, is a super-strong black lager that has been aged for 12 months in freshly emptied Tequila barrels.

Brewed with smoked chipotle chilli, cocoa and agave, and clocking in at a cool 12.3% - this is a big old beast of a beer that is just begging to be shared. (📷: @nomobondi)

It’s pronounced “gose-uh”. And on a stinking hot Sydney day like today - the salty, sour and fruity flavours in this beer goes-uh down like a treat.

If you haven’t popped the cork on a bottle of famous Deus Brut de Flandres - you are missing out on a very special treat.

It’s brewed in Belgium by Brouwerij Bosteels, before being delicately transferred to the Champagne region in France. There, it undergoes a secondary fermentation in the méthode traditionnelle where the bottles are inverted, the yeast is disgorged and the beer is recorked.

You can expect a champagne-like, clean tasting beer, with flavours of dry straw, lemon and ginger followed by a nice hoppy bitterness.

It’s Monday. We’re Bitter Phew. You might have heard that you can get 425ml beers at 330ml prices at our bar all night tonight. It’s a good deal.

We also have some fresh tins in. The famous Jedi Juice NEIPA from @hopnationbeer arrived today, and it is tasting pretty damn fiiiiine.
