Definitely can feel the chill this evening. Winter is looming, I think is time to dish up some hearty, warming and comforting meals. If you love curry, then you will love my take on the Lamb Shanks Massaman Curry. Slow-cooked in oven until the lamb is fall-off-the-bone tender and soaked up that rich, nutty and creamy Massaman curry gravy. I have posted this mouthwatering recipe on the blog today, trust me, you want this in your recipe repository. Make sure grab one of those refreshing @wellsteadshrubs blueberry & ginger shrub with @bakerwilliamsdistillery gin and soda. There are so many wine producers from @mudgeeregion to share their knowledge and fine drops including @botobolarvineyard, Australia's oldest certified organic vineyard. Oh, and there's chocolate! @spencercocoa โ€“ their dark was so smooth โ€“ almost as creamy as the milk, with no trace of bitterness at all. Do I need to say more?

What a great way to celebrate lamb with @weloveourlamb! I was very lucky to grab the last seats at #TheCurrencyKitchen and got to taste some very innovative lamb dishes designed by Chef Paul Carmichael from @momofukuseiobo. The spicy lamb tartare with cassava and pomelo fruit was a style of cooking lamb with weโ€™d never tried before, but we were definitely won over having tasted it! The lamb meatballs smothered in a smokey spicy sauce had me going for seconds! I need to know the secrets how they made the meatballs so light and bouncy. And the best part of this event was all proceeds go to @Ozharvest. I am definitely inspired and I canโ€™t wait to cook up some heartwarming lamb dishes, ready to hibernate this autumn. #unitedwelamb #invite
