We are excited to introduce 2 different styles of yoga to our schedule this month (between the 9th - 23rd July) Both classes are practiced in a slightly warmed room with the aid of props to accommodate all levels, classes are included in your current membership. Bookings are not necessary.
YIN YOGA • A floor based practice in which postures are held for longer durations providing a deeper release into the connective tissues, fascia, joints & bones (bring a layer of warm clothes you can move in). Sundays 6.00pm (60 min) - 9, 16 & 23 July
Tuesdays 12.15pm (45 min) - 11 & 18 July
Thursdays 12.15pm (45 min) - 20 & 23 July
VINYASA YOGA • Postures flow smoothly together coordinating with the breath. Sequences vary from class to class.
