CUTTING VS. BULKING!
Either way, your meals don’t have to be boring. I choose to eat the same foods, only difference being the quantity. Here we have Two homemade pizzas -
Swipe right for the macros and take a look at the choice of ingredients on each. As you will see, for the lesser calorie pizza, I chose a lower calorie crust, fat-free cheese, and no pineapple.
Nothing drastic, but small choices overtime can make a big difference in your physique!
P.S. - I’m still on that bulk life..so both pizzas were consumed in the making of this post🤪
