Kai shares his story in this week's #BMRTakeover and lets students know that the transition from high school to college is difficult. There will be times in your freshman year where you will feel, "fear, inadequacy, guilt and confusion."
He wants students to know that, "at the end of the day, though, you’re human. The transition is tough (to say the least). Be strong. Be open-minded. But also remember to build relationships that matter. It is because of these relationships that I was able to better adjust and take advantage of meeting new people and pursuing opportunities."
Now, Kai is starting his sophomore year of college and is working towards getting a degree in engineering @Columbia. #BetterMakeRoom
