There was just something so beautiful about this imperfect picture, I couldn't pass up posting it. This picture was taken at dinner with friends over the weekend. We shared a big plate of carnitas and veggies! What did you eat this weekend?

Posted my morning routine using these products on my Instastory! Spark (the pink drink) helps me to wake up for work and the Green Super food drink helps me to get my antioxidants in! Serenity 🌲| One of the ways that I try to take everyday as an opportunity to better myself is by going on more adventures. @andrewoptics and I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Yosemite this weekend, and it was amazing. We made sure to keep pushing ourselves to see as much as possible, no matter how tired we got. I am so happy we did. Yosemite, you're beautiful!

Indulge πŸͺ | I finally got my hands on @lennyandlarrys the complete cookie in birthday cake! I usually indulge in the chocolate chip cookie, but when I saw this I couldn't pass it up! This cookie has become a staple in my diet. It is the perfect preworkout snack!

Summer 🌞 | Happy first day of summer everyone! Currently sitting at my desk at work daydreaming about the first time I went paddle boarding. It felt so good to get out and get a good workout in while also having fun with friends outdoors. What are some of your fun plans this summer?

I'm obsessed with my @happinessplanner! It's so nice to finally have a planner with a section that allows me to record my daily exercise goals & accomplishments! It doesn't hurt that it's super cute too 😍 Thank you @andrewjwille for the thoughtful birthday gift ❀️.

Imperfect πŸ™…πŸ»| I have to admit, I have been slacking a little in regards to my health and fitness these last couple of weeks. With graduation and my visit to celebrate with friends and family, I decided to take a break from working out and indulge a little. I now realize that wasn't such a bad thing. I feel more motivated than ever to get back into my normal workout routine and fuel my body with the right foods that it needs. Sometimes it's good to take a break to realize how much better you feel when you're eating healthier and working out!

Since this account is meant to showcase my journey, I thought it would also post this here. My education/schooling has always had a major impact on my life. From getting held back in the first grade, to graduating high school a year early, to applying/choosing a college and major, this particular journey has been one crazy roller coaster. To be honest, I wouldn't change it for the world. I've learned so much along the way, and it has truly shaped me into the individual I am today. I know my health and fitness journey will have some ups and downs, and definitely be a crazy roller coaster, but I also now know I am strong enough to accomplish it. Thank you to the amazing people who have supported, motivated, inspired, and pushed me along the way. Special thanks to me mom, @thenorabrown, and my sister, @smthrx. I truly value your wisdom, and admire how hard you both have worked to allow me to live an extraordinary life.
