On tasting today we have Koerner Rolle Vermentino open! Lemon pulp with cool acidity and chalky tannin. Really fresh and great drinking! 🏄‍♂️

On tasting tonight we have the new vintage single vineyard releases from Yangarra open! Come in and try them with us? 🤷🏻‍♀️👋🍷

On tasting tonight: Olivier Merlin Bourgogne Rouge. 🧙‍♂️ Mr. Merlin is a winemaker committed to broader thinking and respectful practice to his wines and vineyards - no herbicides or pesticides used and all picking done by hand with classic Burgundy vinification and elevage in barriques, being mostly hands off during this process, which leaves as a result wine that is clean, pure and delicious. 👊

On tasting tonight at @lovetillydevine are Dane Johns wines from @momentomoriwines ✨ All of the wines produced are the definition of hand-made. Small ferments, wild yeast, no oak or mechanical pumps, no fining or filtering and no additions, including no S02 at any stage of wine making or bottling.
The sum of this is minuscule amounts of multiple different wines. All of them full of character, freshness and purity. And above all, alive! From 6pm tonight, no need to book just show up!

On tasting today: Frederick Stevenson Syrah and Friends 2016. All Biodynamic fruit with the friends invited into this bottle being co-fermented Rousanne and Marsanne skins. On tasting tonight: New release Giant Steps single vineyard Tarraford Chardonnay and Applejack Pinot! Come in and try it with us, from 5pm to close (before we ‘taste’ it all instead).

On tasting tonight: Faux Pas Mourvèdre. From Liam Van Pelt (Chapel Hill) in McLaren Vale, this has herbs, black pepper and juicy blue fruits with enough acidity to keep it fresh and lively to drink. Great example of the varietal not often seen on its own in Australia.

Laherte Freres Blanc de Blanc Brut Nature absolutely on point with the tuna and Marron entree dishes here at Bea. 👌

On tasting: La Roche Buissiere Cotes du Petit Jo!
La Roche Buisserie wines are organic and natural, only using natural yeast, with no fining or filtration, making for a soft, juicy and easy drinking Grenache/Shiraz blend!

On tasting today, from the Frederick Stevenson collection, curated by Carlo Jensen, displayed by us: 2017 Dry Red and 2017 Hongell Grenache - supporting emerging artists from Adelaide. BYO awaits with these highly drinkable numbers. 👩🏼‍🎤🍷

Two Tassie winemakers and @mikebennie101 get together during harvest time once a year to make these super interesting and naturally delicious wines. Chill them down and settle into them with with friends.
