ad | I saw a mom the other day with her four kids cheerfully walking around Ralphs. Her baby swaddled to her body, two older kids (about 5 and 6) helping and a little girl about Fs age sitting quietly in the cart.
The mom was also dressed, hair done, and make up on. I envied that mom for a few moments, because I was a hot mess post yoga creepily watching that mom, envious of her patience and cheerfulness. But then I quickly reminded myself it’s all fleeing moments. That seconds from now all could go wrong, or maybe it did just a few moments ago. .
That’s what I learned about motherhood. It’s tantrums and then suddenly deep belly laughs moments later, it’s deep breaths and also staying in the moment. .
In today’s post I’m sharing a motherhood update and why bath time with F is especially helpful with an active toddler and thoughts on raising a trilingual child, in partnership with @johnsonsbaby and @krogerco #getwhatbabyneeds #choosegentle
