Tuesday morning I’m awake and THANKFUL! My workout for the week is interrupted due to a foot pain. Huge improvement this morning , but not 💯. I know many of you have experience this at some point whether with training or different aspects of your life, but how do/did you handle the situation?
Here is my plan:
1. Give my foot another day to heal
2. Continue my daily core workouts
3. Keep reminding myself why I TRAIN
4. Finally believing that I will be well
Remember stuff will happen, there is no question but your approach in handling those situations makes the difference between getting distracted or staying focused. Alway keep your goals insight, because it will help you stay focused.
