Tonight! Los Angeles is proving to be the best place in the world for Japanese cuisine to evolve. Our similar climate and natural resources have allowed its culture to take root, and the people and food unique to the region have allowed it to grow. Incredible dishes are being made at places like @tsubakila and @spagobh, and it’s made possible by people like fishmonger Seiichi Yokota and food writer/educator @sonokosakai, who are preserving tradition while embracing everything this beautiful corner of the world has to offer.
