So you can be with whoever you want!

I know if we are being honest with each other, that's what we all want. To live life on our own terms and to create and share the things we are most passionate about and believe in.
~
You might not be there yet, you might still be trying to find your feet and your calling but trust me if you just keep going and searching, it will absolutely be worth it.
~
I can't explain the feeling you get when you have that kind of freedom to live wherever you want, make an impact in the lives of others and generate enough income from your own personal resources that you never have to worry about money again.
~
That's exactly why I wake up so early every morning to create the life I want and to have the freedom to do what I want and not be at the mercy of someone else's decisions or power trip!
~
I know it sounds like a nice idea to most of you and as much as you would love to have that level of freedom and lifestyle most of you couldn't even imagine it being possible for you...I know, I felt like that many times in my life.
~
Most of you still want to believe for some strange reason that going to a job you hate and working your way up the corporate ladder in an industry you have no passion for will allow you to have everything you want...well I'm here to tell you it won't!
~
Just take a look around you on Monday morning...how many people actually have any freedom, let alone the freedom to do what they want?
~
That should be enough of an incentive for you to do anything and everything to change your life and what you're doing with your time on this earth!
~
If you're going to be working anyway, you might as well work on your own unique ideas, dreams and talents. Ultimately that is where you will find the greatest sense of freedom and joy.
~
So keep searching, keep going because it will be worth it!

You can't be disciplined and consistent if you aren't focused on a specific outcome or vision for yourself and your life!

Your focus dictates how disciplined you are in your life and the reason why most people struggle to be consistent and disciplined is because they lose their focus and when you lose your focus you lose your drive.

It is quite common for people to get into shape and lose a few pounds 3 months out from a wedding or some event where they need to look and feel their best but for the rest of the year or even years they don't maintain that intensity and work ethic and that simply comes down to focus!

If you want to be disciplined in any area of your life maintain your focus year round and stay focused on the outcome you want both in the short term and long term....losing your focus will also lead you to losing your consistency and momentum.

Ultimately you want to run fantastic habits and patterns year round that move you forward regardless of your focus and how you feel, but those peak performance habits and patterns take more than 90 days of focus and dedication...They take years!

But that doesn't mean you can't start now to be more focused on your goals and vision for yourself and your life and it simply starts with you writing down your goals every morning and every night and putting that Vision of yourself and who you want to be at the front of your mind every single day!

Wake up and work out!

The secret to making the most of the morning is to roll out of bed straight into your running shoes and exercise gear before your brain has time to figure out what you're doing!

Waking up @before5am and working out is one of the most powerful ways to break your negative routines, habits and mindset and start the day with passion and purpose!

When you wake up early and workout you you start the day on your own terms and you exercise your will power and prove to yourself on some level that you can do it and that belief, feeling and attitude carries you all throughout the day!

Wake up and Workout it's the best way to start the day and it's something almost all of you can do and it costs you nothing to do a few push ups, sit ups and go for a run or walk around the block before you start your day!
It just takes a little discipline...

Own the day!

My good friend Chris Leamy is a one of a kind musician that plays his music next to homeless people on the streets. Eventually leading Chris to a lot of publicity, his music was noticed by Sony and they offered him a distribution deal. He has had tons of experiences with the people living on the street but one person in particular has stood out.
~
He started playing next to a guy named Hassan early last year. During one of their sessions a woman walked by and said ‘Sir, can I buy you a coffee?’ Hassan said thanks but declined. Then he looked at me and said “she called me sir!” He was thrilled by that.
~
After playing a few songs and earning a few bucks for Hassan, Chris asked him what his plan was with the money. He said, “you played me with a few days ago, so I don’t need anything. I am going to buy my buddy on the street a cheese Danish. He loves them.” Not having much money to his name, he still wanted to do something for somebody else.
~
Tragedy struck after Hassan was eventually diagnosed with Hepatitis. He got very ill and had dramatic weight loss. Chris was given the opportunity to read the health report to him. It was a hard and emotional conversation and Hassan wasn’t taking the news very well but then a woman happened to walk by and told him he was very handsome and that changed Hassan’s entire demeanor.

He talked about his plan and started his treatment. Through Chris’s story and all of the publicity, Hassan’s family heard about him being homeless (which they didn’t know) they reached out to him. He now has a place to stay and family around him. He didn’t move in with his family but they helped him secure housing in NYC through a government program so that he does not have to sleep on the street.
~
Hassan is still recovering from treatment and has put a lot of his weight back on. His treatment is still stopping him from working but is hoping that gets figured out soon. Hassan says he is constantly being stopped and talked to by random people on the street about his story and he is grateful for all of the support and love he is being shown.
~

I want you guys to get the basics right this week, so you can start building some momentum and start seeing some results!

So this a quick video I made of my daily action plan and I want you guys to know that simple is best when it comes to mapping out your day... because you have to learn to tap into the power of focus!

So every morning this week you have no excuse not to grab a pen and paper or your blueprint and put together a very simple and solid game plan for the day.

I want you to develop your own unique morning ritual and pattern, you have to do what works for you and give yourself time each morning to run your pattern so you can prepare yourself mentally, spirituality and physically for the day ahead.

I want you to only have a small list of tasks to get through each day and choose 3 big targets for the day. Get into the habit of winning and you do that by starting and finishing tasks, that's how you build confidence in a very real way.... not make believe pretend confidence.

Work on your plan for the evening, you guys have so much opportunity to move the game forward once your work day is over, so please don't waste it watching TV or playing games or whatever else you do!
Use your free time time to build yourself up, develop your skills or network and meet people.

Keep it simple and as you start to build momentum, you can go to the next level of productivity and get even more things done each day. But I'd rather you be more effective and perform at your highest level than just kinda sorta get things done...

That's day one of the before 5am challenge done, so let's take things up a notch tomorrow and don't forget to implement every thing you've learnt today into the new day!

It's go time!

Many of you have asked me how to actually wake up and start the day before 5am!
~
So I'll share a few ideas I have learnt to use over the years that might help you get out of bed and get moving when your alarm goes off.
~
The first thing you have to do is get to bed at a reasonable time which is anywhere between 9pm and 10:00pm and you do have to set your alarm for at the very latest 4:45am.
~
As soon as your alarm goes off these are the four things I do that help me to get out of bed ASAP!
~
1. I put my headphone on and PUSH PLAY... I Have a pre-set play list of the 5 songs that motivate me that I listen too as soon as the alarm goes off!
Music is going to be the quickest way to snap your mind into a powerful state.
~
2. I look at my life vision and goals that are next to my bed straight away and if that doesn't get you out of bed then it's time to get some goals that motivate you & inspire you!

3. On your phone you can create an album of the things you want in life like your dream car, dream house or dream body or even photos people who really inspire you - that mixed with music will really spark the fire inside you to get moving and take action!

4. Plenty of great motivational material on YouTube so have a playlist of videos that motivate you. I'll post a bunch of the videos I watch on Facebook for you guys over the next few days.
~
The trick is to rotate these 4 methods daily and constantly update and change the videos and songs so you don't get stale and stay pumped, excited and motivated to go chase your goals and dreams!
~
One more point I should share with you, which I often forget to mention....Make sure you hydrate yourself well first thing in the morning and drink a bottle of water while you're running your @before5am routine and rituals!
~
Make every day a great day by starting the day on your own terms and doing something for yourself and your dreams before you do anything else!

Rise & Grind!

Hope you guys are up early and ready to take charge of your life, today is game day!

Today is day number one of our before 5am 7 day challenge and it's time to get back in the game, get the basics right and build some momentum.

I'm sorry for the audio on today's video guys, but I'm sure you got the message... let's plan our day before we start our day!

Ideally you guys should have a game plan for the day ahead before you go to bed at night, but this week I want you to wake up a little earlier and give yourself 15 minutes every morning to just focus on the day ahead.

This is your chance to gain some clarity in the early hours of the morning, with a fresh body, mind and soul and a fresh sheet of paper.

This is also a good time to grab your blueprint workbook and work on your daily action plan, which is on page 24 and later today i'll give you guys a detailed break down of my personal daily plan!

Have a think about what you want to accomplish today.

Have a think about the choices or decisions you could make today that would help you to move the game forward.

Take some time out to think about the big picture and the life you really want to create.

Clarity is power and you want to have great levels of clarity heading into the new day... that's exactly how you are going to start getting your power back and it's the first step to taking back control of your life.

You don't need the perfect plan, you just need a simple plan with a few tasks that you can actually execute and that's how we are going to build some momentum and get back in the game!

Later today I'm going to give you some tips on how to jump out of bed before 5am and I'll share my daily plan ideas and strategies with you!

Go out there and have a great day! If you woke up a little earlier today than you normally do... then I'm immensely proud of you!

You want to know why you can't get ahead in life and why you aren't able to make any real progress?

It's simple, You keep stopping and starting!

You keep changing direction when things get too hard!

You keep looking for the easiest way out and any excuse not to keep pursuing what you started.
~
Then you wake up one morning and look at yourself in the mirror and wonder what the hell you're doing wrong and why you just can't get it!

I'm going to make it really simple for you today:

The secret to getting ahead in life is to be consistent and to constantly keep moving forward no matter what's going on in your life and no matter how hard it may seem.
~
You have to stop focusing on the results and outcomes and all the glory and focus exclusively on making progress and improving yourself, your mindset and your skill set each and every day!
~
You study any successful person, in any pursuit or any industry and you will see a person who built themselves up over years and decades before they even saw the first sign of success.
~
As I always say slow progress is always better than no progress...
~
So don't worry about not seeing results right now, because the truth is that if you commit yourself to making progress and improving yourself each and every day the results will come.
~
So keep going and remember life is a journey, don't be too hard on yourself, just keep taking small steps each day and I promise you, one day you'll be right where you always hoped and dreamed of being!

That's right!
Tomorrow morning we are going to kick things off bright and early and get back in the game!

No more running and hiding from the world and our problems, no more pulling up the sheets and curling up once your alarm goes off , it's time to get up and take charge of your life.

Over the next 7 days I'm going to make sure you get out of bed a bit earlier than usual and do something for yourself and your own wellbeing and your future before you start the day as such.

Waking up early and working on yourself has to become part of your daily routine and rituals and this week I'm going to keep you accountable and make sure you put your self and your own personal development and wellbeing first.

So tomorrow it's game time! Get your blueprint worksheets ready because we are going to be working on them throughout the week!

Sunday Night is the best time to set up the week ahead and get clear on what you need to accomplish to move closer to those big dreams & goals.

Take a look at your life goals and plan out the big things you can do this week with your body, diet, work, business ideas, finances and relationships.

Break each day down and have at least 3 big things on each of the days you absolutely MUST get done.

It's also a great time to set up your playlist of 5 songs that motivate you and select a few motivational videos from YouTube that will get you fired up and excited to get out of bed and make big things happen.

Have an amazingly powerful and successful week and if you set it up right you will be half way there.

Oh and one more thing... Set your alarm for before 5am!

it's easier to wait and wish and hope than to actually get up and do something that will force you to change yourself and your life for the better.
~
It's easier to keep thinking the same things day in and day out rather than challenge your own thoughts, beliefs and social conditioning.
~
It's easier to just go along with everyone else than form your own opinions about life that could potentially serve you and your dreams rather than take away your power, uniqueness and beauty.
~
It's easier to keep hanging around your friends and family than to branch out into the world and meet new people who will force you to level up and challenge you to become the best version of yourself and share your best work with the world.
~
It's easier to just watch TV shows, sport and hang out with friends on the weekend than to work on your own unique ideas, skills and gifts so you can change your financial position and circumstances.
~
It's easier to play small with your life and surround yourself with people who accept that as a standard in their life than to seperate yourself from the pack and start going for greatness.
~
It's easier to just go along and do normal kind of things every day because you're more worried about fitting in than standing out and being your own beautiful and unique person who does something significant with their life.
~
Your life won't change one day or even some day until you change and step up and take charge of yourself and your life.
~
Stop doing what is easy and what is socially acceptable and start pushing yourself to do what others simply won't do because it's weird, different or even a little too full on.
~
People used to laugh at me because I would wake up at 4am to start my day....sure, it's a little full on but guess who is living their dream right now and creating the life they always dreamt about while making an impact on the lives of thousands of people.
~
Now is your time!
