Currently adding our dishes and experiences to the Highlights section so they can stay on our feed forever ⭐️ This was the main entrée: kelp noodles in a tomato fondue with seasonal mini squashes and pickled fiddleheads. It was an absolute hit. We wanted to create dishes that you would want to order again and again, because they were THAT good, not because they were the “only plant-based option”. We think they all stood their ground. Vegan is not a cuisine. It’s just food. Real, salt of the Earth, food. And we cannot wait to be able to do it again 🌱

We’ve been in the lab / With a pen and a pad / Tryin’ to get this dang dressing right - Dr. Dre, with some creative liberties.
Our salads are making a big comeback! And the dressing on one of them is made from our Cheesy Dill cashew cheese! 🤗 think Caesar meets dill cheese, meets, untuna salad. More to come.
