In training for the half marathon in May 2014, I got this 💪 don't STOP

Stepped on the scaled this morning & noticed I gained 5 lbs. I'm not MAD, I'm just going to push myself hard to knock those 5lbs down & REFOCUS on my health goals!!! Lets do this!!! How to regain your momentum back??? 1) getting that workout in 2) prepping your meals ahead of time, 3) having no excuses at all 4) love yourself 5) don't tell yourself tomorrow 6) have fun during the process. HAPPY Monday ~ fitleesusan
