Guest coach today in honor of Presidents Day.

The CrossFit Open is here! 🤭 As most of you already know, CrossFit has shifted its focus this year and there have been many changes to the CrossFit season. We will do our best to maintain that competitive atmosphere that inspires community and brings us together for 5 weeks of torture 🙃 With that being said... Welcome to The Be CrossFit Open 2019!
5️⃣weeks. 1️⃣wod per week. Workout will be programmed on Friday with additional weekend hours. $15 registration : includes judge and motivator/cheerleader 🤸🏽‍♂️ We are encouraging ONE AND DONE this year but for those who would like to repeat $5 for judging.

All proceeds will go to new and fun equipment for the gym! 🏋🏽‍♀️ GAMES STYLE SCORING
Prizes for top male and female EVERY week.
BONUS: Top 10 male and female will receive invitation to In House Regional Event. 🏆

Week 6!? one additional wod will be added for movements, modalities and stimulus that were not utilized in weeks 1-5

515 has been bringing the energy. DB Snatch and Dubs with some HSPU sprinkled on top. Fast and effective.

Black and White is exactly how this snatch cycling makes you feel. Morning and afternoon came in strong today.

Double 1st place podium spots this weekend. Christine and @leolopezdo took 1st in Co-Ed RX Masters and @brinnsion teamed up with @fm996 to bring home the gold for Mens Masters RX. Solid weekend for @becrossfit. Great job athletes.

Not everyone hit a PR today (my self included) and that’s ok.... can’t win them all.... but we did have 50 new PRs set today ... that is amazing.

So proud of @morgan.rader today. Practice practice practice. This young lady has done all the work and it paid off. Every day doing drills and auxiliary strength work until she felt the pieces were all there. Two attempts is all it took for her first MU. The first one she hit but missed the dip.... then this happened. Awesome job Morgan.
