What?! I like my greens. Tonight is dinner with no fuss. Left over bok choy and asparagus. What Is Bok Choy Good For? Here is what I have found on mercola.com. Containing a wealth of vitamins C, A, and K, and excellent sources of calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, and iron, bok choy deserves its reputation as a powerhouse among vegetables. Here it is. The delicious @jalgua soup. 3 tbsp of Jalgua soup powder, a full cup of hot water, juice of 1/4 lemon, 1/4 tsp of Himalayan salt and 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil. All in the blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Then you can mung beans, pinto bean or vegetables. Top it with fresh vegetables and fermented cabbage. I made a little stop at @jalguacafe today during my lunch hour to get a few essentials like @jalgua superfood and their famous fermented cabbage for my Jalgua soup tonight. And of course I couldn't stop at that, I also bought a fireball as an afternoon treat and a very yummy healthy smoothie made with orange, blueberries and ginger. The fireballs are made with Jalgua, almond butter, cocoa and honey. Eat them eat them, you'll see. I love to vary my breakfasts. Either it's chia pudding, oatmeal, avocados, I love my meals to feel clean and I love to feel great and full of energy after. It's so simple. Simply mix 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of your favourite milk. I love to use almond or coconut milk.
