The reason people often don't get ahead is because they aren't consistent with their effort or motivation. When they don't feel like it, they don't do it. When they don't progress, they blame outside influences instead of themselves

To get ahead you have to turn up every single day. Turn up and prove to yourself you want it and deserve it πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

My first ever successful unassisted pull ups happened this week.
This has been a mini goal of mine for a while but in the past few weeks I have made sure I attempted it at least twice a week 😊

Whats your WHY?

Your WHY is something often used when it comes to setting goals, especially with health and fitness. Something I use during my consultations to get to the real reason for the call.
.
Your WHY is your passion, its your true reason for wanting to do something. It’s the spark that keeps you going when you don’t want to, it’s the heart and soul of what your doing.
.
This also relates to business. I have been asked why I got into fitness, coaching and especially coaching females. And its because I have been there!
.
I have woken up day after day and given myself hate and cried and punished myself for hating how I look. I have tried the crazy diets and I have been to extreme lengths to see the scale move. I have been so extreme that my tunnel vision made it hard to see what I had actually done.
.
I have been the sheepish girl in the gym who doesn’t want to enter the β€œman section”. I have been that awkward client that doesn’t want to listen to her coach because what they said pushed me out of my comfort zone.
.
And I DO NOT want other Women to feel this way.
.
I want Women to feel Strong and Empowered. Proud of the body they have worked for. Confident to go and pick up weights no matter who’s there. To kill their workouts knowing they are doing it right, and harder than anyone who dares to judge her for working hard.
.
I want them to realize that they mean much more than a numerical value on a machine. I want them to use food to feel GOOD. Not guilt.
.
I choose to be a coach because I genuinely have a passion for making other people feel good. For educating and supporting people
.
For building an amazing Female TEAM.
.
And also because I'm sick of crappy PTs and coaches who care more about the number in the bank or if THEY look good than their clients. Who give false info or put their clients on a conveyer belt of copied and pasted plans and results.

That’s my WHY.❀
