comes in with a smile every time she comes in and we are lucky to have her in our community! • It will be 3 years in August that I have been coming to Basecamp. I was a member of my last gym for five years. I was forced to leave that gym because of some back issues and I just couldn’t keep up with the pace of a crossfit gym any longer. I was heartbroken at the time because my gym was my family. The sense of community at that gym was what kept me going back even when it wasn’t working for my health any longer. My friend Patricia convinced me to come and try Basecamp and I fell in love with it the first day. The staff at Basecamp made me feel so welcome and I felt like one of the family immediately. It was exactly what I was looking for. I signed up after my second or third visit and I’ve never looked back. The workouts are challenging but don’t tear my body up. I love that I can go in at any time of the day and get the same workout. I am an extremely busy person and the fact that I can get in and out in less than an hour was a huge selling point for me. I have enjoyed watching the changes that the gym has made and how they have evolved in the past three years. They are constantly asking what we, the members want and making changes to accommodate our requests. I am proud to be a member of such a wonderful community. That is why I Basecamp!
