You’ll need 2 bananas, 2 egg, Barley+ Muesli (Pink Lady & Macadamia), Raspberry Chia jam.⠀
Peel the bananas and break them up into chunks. Add the eggs, and mash all together into a custard-like consistency. Pour the batter into a heated non-stick pan, and cook for 1 minute per side, or until browned and golden. Top with Barley+ muesli and your other ingredients.â €
