At the end of todays training we did a super extreme pushup with a 20kg weightvest. 20 seconds downwards, 20 seconds hold and 20 up. After a heavy training I couldn't do this anymore in the correct form. Ever tried this move?
I love to add weights to my workouts. It increases so much more strength 💪🔥. @cuckske, Ruben and I did the following dip routine: - 16kg dip till faillure - 8kg dip till faillure - bodyweight dip till faillure We repeated it 5 times. Do you add weights once in a while?
