WORK SUCKS, HOME SUCKS, WORKOUTS SUCK, EVERYTHING SUCKS

Probably more than you think. Even the ones who try to put on that fake face

It’s easy to get burned out. Overwhelmed at work. Working reg shift then part-time then family obligations. Taking on too many obligations at home

It just starts piling up

If you don’t take care of yourself who will???

You have to take a break. Take time to reflect. Unwind. Meditation is a great tool
