Yesterday I got the invite to drop into @americanbarbellclub up in Gainesville! (Business trip as always, because that’s all we do BITW TCOB)
Headed out yesterday morning and had a great time! Hit some high bar paused squats but most importantly got to be around other strong people.
Strong comes in a lot of forms, and I love seeing how others carry and display theirs.

After training I had to sneak in my post training meal and hop on a call to record for the next podcast I will be featured on @barbaricstrengthpodcast! (I will keep you guys updated when that is being released)
Remember when you said you didn’t have the time?

We all have the same 24 hours, it’s just what you do with yours.

You won’t ever hear me complain about being busy, you won’t hear me complain about being tired...because THAT is what I choose not to have time for...Complaints. Excuses.

Weird, and with that alone- somehow I always find time to go make things happen πŸ’­
