This is my 1 YEAR TRANSFORMATION!
I posted this pic a couple of weeks ago on my personal page on my birthday, and I got a bunch of people messaging me about how I did it. I thought this post might give some of you guys motivation, and the information below might come in handy!
It's really very simple:
1. Intermittent Fasting (Google It)
2. Consistent Training (5 Days a Week)
3. The hardest part - adjusting your mindset
