this week was a great week. i moved a lot, stayed perfectly on track aside from one night at my parents' house, and had zero binges. the result: i lost 1.5 pounds! 💪🏼
i KNOW that not every week will be like this. as a matter of fact, i know that next week won't be like this! I'm going to a concert with a big group of friends tomorrow night where there will be plenty of drinks, and spending time with other friends on saturday where it'll be the same thing. but I'm thankful for weeks like this that keep me truckin' along on this journey 🙏🏼
i don't usually make specific goals when it comes to weight loss because i just like to do the best i can, but i would really like to lose 4 more pounds! not by any specific time, but it's just a goal I'm going to keep in the back of my mind 😊 have a great thursday!
PS my sports bra is from a tiny little yoga shop in Sedona and unfortunately that's all i know!
