is it still lunch if it's eaten at 5pm? 🀣 heading to a BBQ with some friends shortly and didn't want to head over there starving, so ate a little something beforehand. 4sp for this! a lavash from @costco (2), 3oz turkey (1), lettuce, banana peppers, and 1T light mayo (1). this leaves me at 9 points for the day so far! excited to enjoy some corn on the cob and shrimp cocktail and margaritas tonight, cause that's what summer's for β˜€οΈπŸΉπŸŒ½

a very late 1:30pm breakfast to start the day - 5 smartpoints total! a big omelette made with one egg (2), one cup of egg whites (1), 1oz of fat-free feta cheese (1) and chopped tomatoes (0). had two slices of turkey bacon (1) and an apple on the side (0)! 🍳🍎πŸ₯“ β €β €β € β €
I'm going to a BBQ at a friend's house tonight so naturally I'm a little worried about points, but I'm approaching it differently this time: I'm not going to track at all, but I'm going to avoid a few things that i know are the foods where once i start eating them, i can't stop. so i won't be allowing myself any chips, cookies or pasta salad tonight. I'm bringing shrimp cocktail and veggies, and my sugar-free margarita mix (what else is new πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ). i have a LOT of social activities going on in the next seven days (all extremely happy and exciting things πŸ˜†) but because of that, i need to pick and choose where i splurge. wish me luck! πŸ’ƒπŸΌ

i've been DYING to find a workout class that i actually enjoy, and i think i've finally found it 😍😍 i went to @9roundofficial this morning for the second time this week and i just loved it. the whole class is 30 minutes, there are no class times so you can just show up, and the class is broken up into 9 stations so you spend 3 minutes at each station. it's the perfect full-body workout! and of course, I'm not mad about the fact that i have some pretttttty badass pink boxing gloves πŸ˜πŸ’•πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Dinner tonight was πŸ’―πŸ˜πŸ’ƒπŸΌ I found a recipe on Pinterest for healthy P.f. chang's lettuce wraps and it took less than 10 minutes to make, and was even Charlie-approved 😱 I made the recipe from "Life in the Lofthouse" if you google "healthy p.f. chang's chicken lettuce wraps." I made the recipe exactly as it called, but split it into 3 portions at 8sp each! This leaves me at 21 points for the day so far πŸ€—

11 smartpoints for this big dinner 😍 4oz of salmon (cooked) (5sp), a cucumber/tomato/onion salad mixed with 1T of @bolthousefarms creamy balsamic dressing (1), 1/2 cup of wild rice (3) and 1.5oz of avocado (2). this dinner leaves me at 23 points for the day so far! 🐟πŸ₯‘ thank you all SO much for the love on my last post, you are all such beautiful humans. ❀️

it's so weird - some days i wake up starving, and some days i can't eat a thing for hours. today, my first meal was at 11:30am. 5 points for this - a cup of egg whites (1), a slice of rye/pumpernickel swirl toast (2) topped with 1T @kitehillfoods chive cream cheese (1) and 1oz avocado (1). the perfect fuel! πŸ₯‘ this week is crazy busy but I'm determined to stay on track. trying a new workout class with one of my friends tonight & I'm very nervous but excited! πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ˜„

well, our engagement photos are done and i cannot get over how much FUN they were!!!! like, laughing the entire time and just so. freakin. happy. Our photographer is going to send us a ~sneak peak~ tomorrow and i can't wait to share with you guys πŸ˜ŠπŸ’πŸŽ‰ and in case you're wondering, lacey looks really cute in them 🐢 anyways, making our way back to DC now but stopped to quickly grab @subway for the car ride home! got a turkey sub on whole wheat (8) topped with lots of veggies (0) and light mayo (2). also had a @chomps bar earlier because i was starving (3). 13 point dinner leaves me at 23 points for the day so far! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

7sp lunch was a microwaveable perfect fit lunch. filled with 35g of protein! i ordered this off of amazon fresh and i loooove it - great ingredients, extremely flavorful, low in points, and such an easy on-the-go option. this leaves me at 10 points for the day so far! for dinner, i think we're just going to grab subway before hitting the road back home tonight πŸ˜„πŸ’•

breakfast was 3sp! stopped at TJs quickly this AM because i wanted to start the day with something clean after all of yesterday's festivities. πŸ™Š this upcoming week is insane in terms of social festivities (then my birthday is next weekend! πŸŽ‰πŸŽˆ) so i'm really going to ty to stay on track today! our engagement pictures aren't until this evening so we're just bopping around campus and exploring for the day! hope everyone has a great sunday πŸ’›

tonight's dinner πŸ‘… 7sp total! 3oz @thinslimfoods pasta (2), grilled chicken (3), 1/2T margarine (1), 2tsp parmesan cheese (1) mixed with garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and red pepper flakes πŸ”₯ I'm only at 18 points for the day so far but planning on having a glass of wine (or two 😜) tonight before leaving for my trip in the morning! we're heading up to penn state for engagement pictures and to hang for the weekend and i am SO excited!!! πŸŽ‰πŸ’
