watching the eclipse today from my rooftop with a friend was SO COOL πŸŒ” i hope you all enjoyed it, too! finally getting around to eating lunch at 4:30pm πŸ™Š 6sp for all of this! leftover baked chicken (2) dipped in tzatziki sauce (1) with a quesadilla on the side (3). this leaves me at 12 points for the day so far!

5sp breakfast 😊 a slice of rye toast (2) topped with @kitehillfoods cream cheese (1), 3oz turkey (1) and an egg (2) with microgreens (0) and cotton candy grapes on the side (0). πŸ’š happy monday!

tonight's 7sp dinner ☺️ oven-baked chicken (2) dipped in tzatziki sauce (1), alexia all-natural french fries (4) and @skinnytaste cilantro lime cauliflower rice (0). this leaves me at 16 points for the day so far - i'll probably have a nighttime snack, but i'm not very hungry after all of this weekend's indulgences. I'm going to spend tonight relaxing and reflecting on what a perfect and heart-fulfilling weekend it was πŸ’ž

man, i've been SO off track the past two days and today feels so good πŸ™Š it's a hotttt day here in dc! spent the morning walking around the national arboretum with a friend and it was so nice getting some fresh air 😊 i came back and whipped up this breakfast for lunch for 7sp. two eggs (4), two slices of turkey bacon (1) and an english muffin (2). this leaves me at 9 points for the day so far! πŸ’›πŸŒž

i had the best night last night! i went to a concert with friends and had lots to drink and didn't count points and that's okay because it was so, so, so much fun πŸ’›βœ¨πŸŒ™ I woke up this morning and charlie brought me breakfast in bed (#blessed)!!! 6sp for a @westernbagel topped with turkey bacon, egg and cheese. just what i needed!

having a group of friends over tonight for GAME NIGHT and i am so excited!! today will be spent running a couple errands then laying by the pool for hours doing a whole lotta nothin πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ i'll be tracking during the day today but i won't be tonight πŸ€— happy weekend!

i did notttt want to go to my workout this morning but i made it there! I'm not gonna pretend i absolutely killed it because i didn't - i definitely could have pushed myself more this time around but it happens. and the important part is i made it there - that's half the battle 😊

came home and made this 5sp breakfast. a light english muffin (2) topped with brown mustard, ham (1), sliced peaches (0), and 2g of honey (0) with an egg on the side (2)! meeting a friend for coffee this morning - i never usually wait this long for coffee in the AM so i can't wait πŸ˜±β˜•οΈ

wine, cheese and the best conversation makes for a perfect night. i spent the night catching up with my childhood best friend and it was so lovely - ya know those people you can go years without seeing, and then you see them and it's like nothing changed? yeah, that's what this was like πŸ˜ŠπŸ§€πŸ·

I'm having a girlfriend over for a wine & cheese night tonight (πŸ˜πŸ§€πŸ·) so I'm attempting to keep it light throughout the day today!

this is two low-carb whole wheat tortillas from TJs (2), egg white salad from TJs (3), lettuce, tomato and microgreens. this lunch was 5sp and leaves me at 9sp for the day so far!

this week was a great week. i moved a lot, stayed perfectly on track aside from one night at my parents' house, and had zero binges. the result: i lost 1.5 pounds! πŸ’ͺ🏼

i KNOW that not every week will be like this. as a matter of fact, i know that next week won't be like this! I'm going to a concert with a big group of friends tomorrow night where there will be plenty of drinks, and spending time with other friends on saturday where it'll be the same thing. but I'm thankful for weeks like this that keep me truckin' along on this journey πŸ™πŸΌ

i don't usually make specific goals when it comes to weight loss because i just like to do the best i can, but i would really like to lose 4 more pounds! not by any specific time, but it's just a goal I'm going to keep in the back of my mind 😊 have a great thursday!

PS my sports bra is from a tiny little yoga shop in Sedona and unfortunately that's all i know!

wow, just wow. @skinnytaste, you are a culinary genius. tonight i made #skinnytaste Garlic Shrimp in Coconut Milk, Tomatoes & Cilantro and it was off. the. charts. Like, if I ordered this in a restaurant, I wouldn't be mad 😍 I topped the recipe with half of a cup of organic brown rice for an 11sp total dinner. this leaves me at 23 points for the day so far! πŸ€πŸ’›

today's meal timing has been all sorts of crazy, but i just sat down for lunch! i made an open-faced english muffin (2) sandwich with spicy mustard, 3oz turkey (1) and 25g of cole slaw (2). also had brussels sprouts on the side with some balsamic glaze on them (1) πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ this lunch was 6 smartpoints and leaves me at 12 points for the day so far!
