not the most glamorous picture but finally got around to eating lunch at 4pm! i feel like i've been having something similar to this lunch every single day but it's quick, easy and delicious so why fix what works?! this was 6 points total. one slice of toast (2), 1T whipped cream cheese (1), one slice of skim cheese (0), 3oz sliced turkey (1) and a pasture-raised egg (2). went to happy hour with a friend tonight and got these gooooods 👅 i don't know the points but i still like to share what i got because i love seeing how other people navigate restaurants when trying to be healthy! i got two cocktails (😛🍸), mini bite-sized avocado & tuna tacos and a side of roasted brussels sprouts. soooo good and i feel confident about the decisions i made!
had a huge #NSV at work today! we had lunch catered for a baby shower and there was so much food - including cake, dessert, chips, etc. I avoided all of the desserts and stuck with this salad and half of a turkey sandwich, and only ate half of the bread! no idea how many points this was but I'm calling in a win. my favorite part was that i didn't even feel tempted for the first time in so long 😊🙌🏼
6 point breakfast 👌🏼I'm going to a baby shower lunch for someone at work tonight then going to happy hour with a friend tonight. i brought my own (frozen) lunch in case none of the options work, but I'm not going to obsess over tracking points at happy hour- especially because the place I'm going has the best cocktails and sushi 😛👅 this right here is one pasture-raised egg (2) scrambled with 1/2 cup egg whites (1), two slices of lean turkey bacon (1) and a slice of rye/pumpernickel (2) topped with a little spray butter (0).
feeling on a roll these past two weeks! 💪🏼 I'm really surprised because i went over my weeklies both this past week and the week before but i've had really big losses. bodies are weird. people always ask me if I'm most successful when i use my weeklies vs. don't and the answer is I DON'T KNOW 🙁 every week is different and sometimes our bodies react differently to the same things we've tried before... so my honest advice is to keep trying different things and don't give up if you're not seeing the results you want right away! #BodiesAreWeird

i made a 10 point chicken caesar salad wrap for dinner tonight and it was amazinnnggg 🥗 used a @josephspitabread lavash (2) and topped it with airfried chicken (3), 1T @bolthousefarms dressing (1), 1oz mozzarella cheese (1) and 2oz avocado (3). this leaves me at 20 points for the day so far! 😍💕
