Delicious dry fruit ladoos 😋

Simple and easy to make with richness of all essential nutrients 😍

Ingredients:
Almonds, walnuts, cashew, dates, flaxseed, sesame seeds, and shredded coconut.
Recipe:
🔹Roast almonds, cashew, walnuts (handful of each) together in a pan with 3-4 tablespoons of ghee (clarified butter).
🔹Dry roast two tablespoons of flaxseed and sesame seeds together in a pan.
🔹Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Don’t forget to add dates (8-9) 😋
🔹After blending add shredded coconut to the mixture.
🔹Now start making ladoos by applying some ghee in your hands.

You can eat them with milk in the morning or as a snack in the evening 😊

These dry fruit ladoos are good for Vata and Pitta person. It is better to avoid or have them in limit if you are a Kapha person as they are heavy, oily, and sweet and may aggravate your Kapha.
