The weekend is so close we can almost taste it! Fight off Friday 3pm feels with a Lo Carb bar. A delicious break that'll put you 5 minutes closer to the end of the week!

Stretching goals!! Get the most from your workout, and recover as quickly as possible, with a cool down routine. And don't forget your protein 15-30 minutes after exercise to speed up muscle recovery and reduce next day soreness. We will be touching our knees with our head in no time!

Smoothie time! One of our favourite recipes - 1 scoop of our vanilla Perfect Protein, a handful of almonds, half an avocado, 3 stalks of kale, 1/2 cup blueberries, one tablespoon of shredded coconut, 2 ice cubes and 1/2 - 1 cup of almond milk.

Forgot to get your mum her Mother's Day gift? There is still time! You can find all the ingredients for this healthy brekkie at your local supermarket!  Who's mum wouldn't love LOW CARB WAFFLES in bed!? Recipe by @fitmejones! - 1 scoop Aussie Bodies Vanilla protein powder - 1tsp baking powder - 4 tbs coconut flour - 4tbs of milk (or you can use water) - Optional: add 2 teaspoons of xynatol or vanilla essence if you like them a bit sweeter. 
Mix the ingredients together and pour into your waffle maker!  You can then add some natural yoghurt, passion fruit, strawberries & blueberries on top.
