Sometimes you just need to sit on the counter in an oversized tshirt and tell yourself you're gonna be okay. 💕

I remember the good ole days when I used to be so embarrassed to sweat in the gym. Now I'm like YAS GIRL WORK IT YOU GO GIRL. I don't glisten. I get drenched. And I love every second of it. ( also yolo preworkout makes me sweat 190% more than usual @crushfit ) hehe.

Felt like poop so I took a shower and did my make up. Crazy how a lil self care can make you go from 0-100. SELF CARE IS SO IMPORTANT 💕💕

Need gym buddy asap. Love lifting alone but man oh man I miss having someone to push me and yell at me when I'm being laaaazzyyyy. Anyoneee???? @crushfit
