So, we geared up for a picnic lunch at the park! Food tastes so much better under the sun! Would you agree?🌞I enjoy picnic lunches more than most dining experiences.🍽 ha! Simple, healthy, barefoot, sunshine, birds and bugs🐜🐦. Yep! ********************************
Chocolate Peanutbutter Cheesecake Bite

Not really recipe pretty or perfected but seriously tastes so delicious and guess what? Only 7 ingredients (if you include kosher salt). We are all emotional eaters. Food carries so much more than nutrients. It carries with it memories, traditions and stories.πŸ“– Lady bugs🐞and organic raspberry picking with my daughter from poppa's raspberry bushes.🌱These bushes originated from my grandpa's farm πŸ‚πŸ“and have thrived across state lines and now multiple generations. Such beauty, nostalgia and deliciousness! Raspberry muffins, raspberry sauce in the making!
So, it's not whether emotional eating is good or bad/right or wrong. We all emotionally eat. Eating was not meant by our Creator to be sheer mechanics. That's the beauty of experiencing food...the emotions along the journey from farm to table to sharing. A better route is to gauge what type of food and how we are using the food in response to- or to cultivate emotion....in response to joy or pain...to uplift or suppress? To which degree we use food or food uses us is up to us. What are your thoughts on emotionally eating?🌞

It is a big world🌎out there; the universe✨for that matter. The thought that we ever walk alone in this life is a perverse thought. We limit ourselves, similarly to how we limit God's ability to work. "Be still and know that I am God." Psalm 46:10 is a faithful reminder that nothing is too difficult for God to overcome; nothing too dark for God to birth lightπŸ’«; nothing too frail that God cannot make strong. That verse is reflected time and time again when we put our trust in those who are skilled and trained (experts) in our time of need. When someone tells you, "Don't worry, I know what I am doing," as in a doctor about to perform neurosurgery with a 99% survival rate, we take a deep breath and realize that we are thankful for those skilled in areas we are not; especially when it comes to life and death. To the same and much greater effect, God KNOWS what He is doing in our lives. For some, the spiritual "neurosurgery" is quick; an open and faithful heart❀️ will recover fast. For others, the surgery takes much longer due to their strongholds God, the surgeon, has to work to restructure their ways. We have a choice in our length of spiritual recovery.πŸ€• Today, remember that a thankful heart always recovers the fastest. - journaling is healing @attainablehealth
