"I've always been told I was too small, that I needed to gain weight and get stronger. Rugby as a sport has an inherent demand for strength and power, which I didn't naturally have. Thus began my training journey, through trial and error, in an attempt to remain competitive.
I follow a push/pull/power/legs split which all revolves around functional training, that is applicable to the rugby pitch. Outside of the gym I have two 'on pitch' training sessions which consists of high intensity cardio and rugby specific drills. I've been training properly for about 5 years now.
Athleat as a brand is committed to improving the fitness community as a whole in Dubai... I'm no Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen, getting great tasting meals that are macro friendly is a welcome change."
