I’m deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Joël Robuchon who I believe is the greatest chef of all time. I ate at many of his restaurants around the world and had the honor of meeting him in person 11 years ago. A role model, an inspiration, a perfectionist, an immensely talented individual who will be dearly missed. RIP JR 🙏🏼

Legitimate ⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience at Le Cinq. Attention to detail across every aspect on another level 🇫🇷

A very tender and relatively flavorsome Côte de Boeuf despite the fact that it was massively over cooked and not seasoned at all - in fact everything lacked a little bit of salt including the fries and béarnaise. Despite this I had a really great experience at Paul Bert 🇫🇷

My absolute favorite dish in the World - ‘Ris de Veau juste Creme aup Girolles’ (veal sweetbreads & girolles) prepared absolutely perfectly @bistrotpaulbert 🇫🇷

Seriously incredible!!!!! 🇫🇷
