Incline Press Tips:
(A) Don't raise the bench too high, one or two rungs from the flat position is cool.
(B) Incline bench is a good sub for Flat bench presses or even push-ups.
(C) NO! This does not isolate your "upper chest" (I really wish trainers would stop preaching that, your chest doesn't work in quadrants) - it engages your entire chest muscle as does the flat bench and the decline, the difference and importance is the change in plane and movement pattern.
