Had the most delicious chia pot from Counter Culture yesterday and decided to try make my own using the glass jars I got from @consolglass. The best part about these silicone seal jars is you can pop the chia seeds and almond milk in the pot overnight in the fridge and then in the morning just add your topping :)
I got my jars from the new Consol store at Cornubia - have you visited it yet - want everything!!!
Here’s my recipe:
4 TBSP chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
Half a banana, sliced
2 strawberries, sliced
Coconut flakes & dark choc nibs to garnish
Honey to drizzle
Add the chia seeds and milk to Consol jar, give it a stir, seal and pop in the fridge overnight.
In the morning the seeds will have swelled - give the mix a stir and then layer with sliced fruit, a drizzle of honey, coconut flakes & choc nibs.
So flipping yummy!!!
