This is my 2 year #shoulder transformation 130lbs ➡️ 135lbs. I have always had a really tiny upper body and any upper body muscle that I did have would quickly disappear during my prep 😭😩. I would totally get discouraged and start to think that maybe this whole competing “thing” wasn’t for me LOL!
But it totally was for me and still is. I just had to learn how to train, how to eat to stay full, and also how to REALLY get uncomfortable with the weights. It’s not enough to go in the gym and get a really good work out, you have to put more stress on the muscle than it is used to and you have to do that every time. And that is not easy thing to learn how to do without patience, consistency, and the willingness to be uncomfortable.
With the right knowledge, guidance and work ethic you CAN transform your body. You just have to be willing to work for it and patient enough to follow through with it until the day you get on that big stage.
