Something that I get asked about all the time is about being able to loose weight off particular body parts. .
Fat Targeting unfortunately, as wonderful as it would be, isn’t really possible.
Our body and metabolism make the decisions on where we loose our stored fat from first and there’s not a lot that you can do to change that. Our body shape and genetics determine where our bodies like to store and hold on to fat most, but there’s still plenty you can do to be the best version of you, that you can be.
It’s no secret I love strength training and the weights room. Shaping your body through creating powerful lean muscle is a sure fire way to create the curves, lift and function you desire. You also all know that I think walking on an empty tummy is AMAZING and easy way to burn some extra calories!
Fuelling your body with beautiful, nutritious and chemical free fruits, vegetables and lean proteins does wonders for supporting health or weight loss goals.
Enjoying what you’re doing and how you’re doing is THE most important part of any health journey and loving the body you have whilst working towards the one you want will get you further and leave you happier then any fat targeting tip or trick ever will.
