In this workshop we take a detailed look at some of the Ashtanga Yoga practice’s classic locations for strain, such as how to keep our knees healthy in Padmasana, shoulders in Chatuari & Urdhva Dhanurasana, hamstrings in forward bending, and more. You will learn how to approach these asanas safely and accurately, how to distinguish between potentially hurting yourself and Patanjali’s proposition of Purifying Pain.
