The past few weeks I've been beating myself up pretty bad because I haven't made the progress I thought I would have at this point. I had expected to lose a lot more weight.
Although I know why I haven't made much physical progress, regardless I have made so many mental and emotional changes. I have been able to hike without gasping for air, I have seen inches melt off, my relationship with food is better, my relationship with my body is better, my confidence has gone up, in general I just feel better. I am able to do so much more having lost 20 pounds in 4 months, and I know that I really need to give myself way more credit. This journey is not just all about the physical transformation, but the emotional and mental transformation as well ❤
