I successfully complete my goal of 100 miles in April and I have to say it was a lot of fun conquering such a distance. This month I wanted a NEW challenge ... Because if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you, right!? So my goal for the month of MAY is:
3 x per week
30 burpees per mile
I hate burpees, but they are known as one of the BEST full body workouts you can do without equipment ... Today was BRUTAL! After my first 7 burpees I was ready to quit, BUT I have a goal and my plan is to ACHIEVE it 👊🏻 It was hard, but I got my first 90 burpees in the books woop woop!
I also got caught in a storm ... And it was AMAZING!!!!! I am also committing to 3 days a week of PIYO + cross fit training, I have come to learn that cross training is essential for a happy and healthy running life!
WHO ELSE HAS A FITNESS GOAL FOR MAY??? * I'm creating another running/cross training group on Facebook for this month if you want to be added let me know. Last month was a blast and I know many of us achieve our goals because we held ourselves accountable to them. Teamwork 👌🏻
