5 miles 10 burpees ... Behind my goal this week. Crazy how some weeks you feel AMAZING and other weeks it feels like it's the first time you've ever worked out. This week I'm feeling like a newbie, everything seems so hard!
It felt good to get some miles in, even though every single one of them was a push, and 10 burpees may not be close to my goal ... BUUUUTTT burpees are insane and even 10 is an accomplishment in my book πŸ‘ŠπŸ» I'm honestly so thankful for my MILES IN MAY girls! They are rocking their goals, and to be honest this week I have not been feeling like working out at all, but seeing them show up every day is so INSPIRING!!!! β€’

First morning workout in a while. I've noticed I tend to go through trends; I'll be all morning workouts for a while and then I'll switch to all evening. The last while it's been all late afternoon/ evening workouts, today I actually decided to commit to a NEW program and start off bright and early... Hello morning workouts!!! One thing I do LOVE about a morning workout, rise and grind and boom it's done for the day πŸ‘ŠπŸ» So my goals this month: πŸƒ RUN/BURPEE CHALLENGE 3x/ week + stretching. πŸ’ͺ🏻 T25 5x/week.
Summer is coming and this body won't workout for itself!!! I have a couple challenges coming up this month.
1. A 10 day SUGAR DETOX ... Lord knows I need this!
2. 21 FIT FOR SUMMER CHALLENGE!

Burpees are so hard! I don't know if they are going to get any easier, but I do know I am going to get stronger!!! I also did 3 days of cross training this week. It wasn't an easy week, but I pushed through and got it done woop woop πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸŽ‰πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸƒ How about youuu... What goals did you achieve this week??? I successfully complete my goal of 100 miles in April and I have to say it was a lot of fun conquering such a distance. This month I wanted a NEW challenge ... Because if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you, right!? So my goal for the month of MAY is:
3 miles
3 x per week
30 burpees per mile
I hate burpees, but they are known as one of the BEST full body workouts you can do without equipment ... Today was BRUTAL! After my first 7 burpees I was ready to quit, BUT I have a goal and my plan is to ACHIEVE it πŸ‘ŠπŸ» It was hard, but I got my first 90 burpees in the books woop woop!

I also got caught in a storm ... And it was AMAZING!!!!! I am also committing to 3 days a week of PIYO + cross fit training, I have come to learn that cross training is essential for a happy and healthy running life!
WHO ELSE HAS A FITNESS GOAL FOR MAY??? * I'm creating another running/cross training group on Facebook for this month if you want to be added let me know. Last month was a blast and I know many of us achieve our goals because we held ourselves accountable to them. Teamwork πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
