Insecurities. For as long as I can remember my biggest insecurity has always been my legs. I didn't understand why some women had long and lean legs, while for the longest time, I felt like mine were short and stocky. I would stand on the starting line of a race, and noticing how some girls spandex were loose on them, and mine weren't. I would cry over them, wish that they would be leaner, and then each day wake up disappointed that despite all my wishing, they were still short and stocky. I just want to take a moment and apologize to my legs, for it taking me so long to realize how special they really are. Once I took a step back and really looked at what they have done for me, the least I can do is give them some love and appreciation. They have allowed me to see many things, meet incredible people, and essentially got me into college (due to running). It may not look like much, but honestly I'm really proud this transformation, because it's one that occurred mentally. This summer I realized that I actually didn't have a single pound of muscle mass on my body. I wanted to start feeling strong, so I started incorporating some body weight exercises, and about 3 months later (the photo on the right) here we are! I'm proud of the person who made the decision 3 months ago, and also proud of the person I will be 3 months from now. Don't let your mind bully your body friends and go get after it👊🏻

Happy Monday friends!! 🙂 I have such an exciting week ahead so I'm excited to get this show on the road!! I couldn't remember the last time I had pancakes, so I looked back on my page and I realized it was 10 days ago. 10 days. I've eaten like 50-60 meals since then and not one of them have been pancakes?! What, how?! I don't really know how that happens, but it did. I fixed that this morning with these guys though! I would share the recipe because the taste is 10/10, but 2 of them kind of fell apart while the other 2 didn't, and I don't want to to ruin your morning, which then ruins your day, which then ruins your week, then month, then year, and before you know it your whole life, if you make it and 2 of yours fall apart as well. So I'll just keep working on it and hopefully next time I'll have a recipe to share! Have a great day🙂

Okay funny story about this dinner. It's actually not that funny, in fact it's a little sad but also impressive. Alright so the story, I was making this dinner and putting everything in the pan and it was massive and I was like "woo yay for big dinners🎉" after it was done doing its thing it was now time to transfer it to a bowl. As I was transferring it, I realized that it was way too much for the bowl I had, so I got the biggest bowl I own and then scooped it into there. It was still overflowing out of the bowl and had a shape similar to a mountain and I was like "wow that's a lot, but this is actually perfect I'll eat half now and then save the other half for lunch tomorrow" well long story long I ATE THE ENTIRE THING and now I have to still make lunch tomorrow. I don't know whether to be impressed or what emotion I should be feeling right now. Sorry I wasted your time with that pointless story, but I just thought I would keep you informed in a night in the world of Sabrina for all 2 of you who actually care! I appreciate you guys!
Dinner deets👉 kale, spinach🍃, carrots🥕, chicken, bell peppers, quinoa, sweet potatoes, black beans, broccoli🌲, Brussel sprouts and oh my goodness that's a lot it's like a small children's book! Anyways hope you all had a fabulous weekend!🤗

Good morning friends! Long run🏃‍♀️ done this morning (check my story if you want to see where I ran) came back hungry per usual, and made this masterpiece! I used a @barelybread bagel and had half with cashew cheese, spinach🍃, and an egg🍳 and the other half with peanut butter, banana🍌, chia seeds, cocoa nibs, cinnamon and honey! Now off to the library to finish (start) my paper! Hope you all have a great one!🤗

RECIPE TIME🎉 I know that most of you meal prep on Sunday, so I thought that I'd share this stellar recipe with you today that way you had time to get all the ingredients for these guys!! The only problem is, is that I'm not sure what to call them🤔 they aren't really cookies, but they definitely are muffins either. I'm thinking they are more of a biscuit. Okay not really because I don't even know what makes a biscuit a biscuit, but they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside aka THE DREAM🙌 I'll leave the recipe down below! Hope you enjoy🤗
PUMPKIN BISCUITS? 🎃
💞 1 cup almond flour
💞 3 tablespoons coconut flour
💞 1 tsp baking powder
💞 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
💞 1 egg
💞 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
💞 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 💞 vanilla extract (just wing it)
💞 pinch of salt
💞 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
💞 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl (except chocolate chips) and stir completely. If using chocolate chips stir them in now. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown!

Stellar dinner sub par lighting🤦‍♀️ but hey you can't win them all🤷‍♀️ tomorrows should be better! If anybody cares what's going on in the world of Sabrina I finished 1 of 3 assignments today so I'll take it! Progress not perfection amiright? Oh also, I learned that it isn't really in one's best interest to drink kombucha 7 minutes before running. Next time I'll try waiting 10! Now onto what you guys are really here for the dinner deets are 👉 kale🍃, roasted broccoli🌲, and roasted Brussels sprouts and then a stir fry of quinoa, sweet potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers! Happy Friday! 🎉 last night I had really good time management and spent a good majority of my night running down the hallways and sliding on my socks, and then once the post workout🏃‍♀️ feels set in I watched my roommate make banana bread. I have 2 papers and a presentation due so it was a super productive night 🙃 if anybody wants tips on how to manage your time in college just send me a DM or leave a comment! Lol jk I'm probably the worst person to ask but whatevs you can't be good at everything🤷‍♀️ Anyways this was breakfast before I spend the whole day in the library! Deets are 👉 2 egg🍳 scramble, kale🍃, broccoli🌲, roasted sweet potatoes with peanut butter, cinnamon, and cocoa nibs! Have a great day everybody!🤗

The amount of vegetables I've had today is nonexistent, meaning, I haven't had a single one. Post tempo run🏃‍♀️ my body was craving all the vegetables so took care of that with this meal! I actually just threw every vegetable that I had into a pan that was much too small, and then watched them do their thing. In my bowl I have spinach🍃, kale, carrots🥕, broccoli🌲, cauliflower, onions, cabbage, bell peppers, eggs 🍳(don't ask), and chicken and coconut aminos! Also had a sweet potato on the side because I was actually hungry before my workout even started, so by the time it was over the hanger was in full force! Hope you all had a great day!🤗

Happy Thursday friends!!🤗 this morning is just filled with exercise because I got my shakeout run done 🏃‍♀️ and now I'm diving in🏊‍♀️ to this stellar bowl! Sweet potato bowl that consisted of a sweet potato (obviously), cinnamon, collagen peptides, banana🍌, chia seeds, coconut yogurt, cocoa nibs, and almond butter! 10/10 and had all the fall feels! Today is Wednesday, which means in exactly 7 days I will be reunited with the 2 greatest humans in all of the universe 👨‍👩‍👧 🌎 I haven't visited the other planets yet, but based on my parents past history of their time on Earth, I would guess they would be in strong contention for the title of the greatest there as well. Needless to say I'm pumped, and what better way to celebrate this excitement then with some sweet potato nachos!! All I did was roast a sweet potato and top it with black beans, cashew cheese, onions, and chicken that I seasoned in this taco seasoning that I got from Trader Joe's. Also had some roasted broccoli🌲 on the side for some greens and because they're good! Hope you all had a great one 🤗

Celebrating a stellar workout🏃‍♀️🎉 and taco Tuesday which these guys!! 🌮 had some 1k repeats at practice today and, I can't believe I'm saying this, but they felt too easy😳 I know I know, I never thought the words would come out of my mouth, but it's true. Hoping it all comes together for conference next Saturday! Until then you can find me eating these breakfast tacos probably every day because they are that good! Filled with cashew cheese, kale, spinach🍃, eggs🍳, an sweet potatoes! Hope you all had a great day!🤗
