#ARTXLoves: This April, @gallery1957 will be presenting a joint exhibition of works by Michael Soi (@michaelsoistudio) and Bright Ackwerh (@brightackwerh). These 2 artists use their satirical paintings to shed light on the sometimes unmentionable issues faced in different parts of Africa. The exhibition, 'Almost True' which will run from April 12 to June 7 2018, curated by Dr. J. Oduro-Frimpong (@odurofrimpong), will highlight appreciation for satire on a deeper level, presenting it as an authentic genre within contemporary art.
