What is HIIT?
high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery period.

This question is asked periodically and I just feel the urge to share my thoughts on today's topic; "Should you stretch Before or After training?"

As you should know, stretching is commonly ignored because of the time you have to put in before or after a workout. Some folks either want to jump right into the training or get right on up after but in this case you have to squeeze in the time because of the important factors of what stretching can do for you. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong and healthy. Practicing mobility will increase the range of motion in joint areas that are used everyday. Now I feel that it's important in both perspectives to Warm up with stretches and to Cool down with stretches. Warming up the muscles by functionally practicing the movements that are going to be performed will help increase your cardiovascular heart rate and also prevent injuries. Cooling down in stretch positions helps relieve the muscles and bring stress levels down significantly. Both can tie in to be beneficial for you, just be mindful to always practice to find out which works best for you.

There's several benefits to lifting weights! What's the excuse you have not to weight lift if the results are hugely satisfying? Here's a few reason why you may want to consider adding some weights to your exercise routines:
Weight lifting will help you burn more calories and tone out your muscles, the more muscles you have, the more your body will adjust to a metabolic rate which will cause your body to burn fat daily.
Lifting weights is actually better than cardio believe it or not! Cardio is actually proven to cause strain towards your muscles, on the other hand strength training will help build muscles in weaker areas for better performance. And now for my favorite, Males are more likely to become bulky because of the type of diet they on or the type of training their performing. Women can also share these habits of training but with the amount of testosterone women have literally is non comparable to how much men have. That's if there is no steroid booster to make this happen. So no worries ladies, Just create a great eating habit and lift a little.
So with that being said lift safely and let's "bulk" up!

Personally I believe in each person should have at least have one morning habit that will beneficially help their physical well-being. Now if you don't have one now then take in consideration that drinking water first thing in the morning should become a routine for everyone to try! •
This morning I would like to give you guys 5 Reasons why drinking water should be part of your early morning routine:
1. Help creates glowing skin, looking youthful? That's because the water eliminates the toxins from your blood and hydrates your skin.
2. Helps with losing weight, drinking water in the am helps boost your metabolism up to 24%. 3. Experiencing headaches/migraines? Well our brain cells are made up of 75% water and after sleeping 6-8 hrs/day can cause hydration. Drink up!
4. Been feeling constipated? Drink some water first thing when you wake up and it can help you improve your morning bowel movements.
