I've had this little design kicking around for years and always wanted to do something with it. I write lists every day and couldn't get anything done without the humble list. Huge thanks to @awesomemerch & @freestickerfriday for the stickers, they came out really nice. I'll chuck these in with orders from my shop. Let's hear it for lists!

Crop from some new work I did for Deer Shed Festival's poster for this year. The final version is a little different as it doesn't have as many animals but I liked those little guys so thought I'd share an older version with them still skittering about in the trees.

I'm having a Bronte Crustmas and staying up on the Haworth Moors over the festive season. I've built myself a little shelter out of twigs and mud and I think I'll be okay. Merry Christ one and all!

Latest piece of work is an animated trailer for Shakespeare's Globe's production of 'The Little Matchgirl & Other Happier Tales' - sooo pleased with how this came out! It was a tonne of work (produced in 2 weeks) along with my Co-creator & Animator Greig Johnson. Watch the full thing on my blog over at armyofcats.com

I appear to have been awarded a Silver Record Award! A total surprise! I have written a brief acceptance speech on my blog over at armyofcats.com

My artwork for the Leeds International Film Festival has been absolutely everywhere in the city for the past couple of weeks. It's been quite a thrill. One of the nicest applications is for the Programme Catalogue - it's a beautiful tome! Check out the portfolio on my website for more background and sketches on this work.

Here's a recently commissioned piece. Original illo done in brush, pen & ink. Final thing assembled digitally and printed as a large format giclee print. Quite a bit of direction from the client here, as she had a very specific idea of what she wanted as well as the colour-scheme but it came out pretty nice in the end. Final print on textured stock is really nice & now framed with the owner.

Pendragon Castle, Cumbria. From last weekend's adventures. I am dreadfully behind with Inktober...! Work has got in the way unfortunately.

After a run of quick 2" sketches, I knuckled down to something with a bit more substance. A5 pen study of another old house.

Looking across Wastwater. Again taken from one of my older Instagram photos.

Guardsheep on the way to Blencathra. Taken from a previous Instagram pic.

Catching up on my #inktober sketches. Cheating a bit there but had no time over the birthday weekend! This is a slice of the Wharfedale Valley.
