2. Brussel Sprouts/Purple Cabbage
3. Two organic scrambled eggs
4. Organic cherry tomatoes
7. Raw pumpkin seeds
8. Organic lemon juice
9. Organic Tumeric
11. Olive oil
12. Hot sauce ▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪
Put the olive oil, mustard, hot sauce, tumeric & lemon juice first in the jar. Then add tomatoes, cucumber, reddishes and a layer of greens. Then add a layer of protein if you so desire. I'm pretty much a vegetarian so I personally use eggs or beans. Then add another layer of greens & top with seeds/fruit. When it's time to eat, flip the #masonjar upside down so everything is saturated and you are ready to EAT!!!
