I came up with stuffed turkey burgers for this week's meal prep: lean ground turkey seasoned with @flavorgod Everything Spicy, stuffed with sharp cheddar, sautéed spinach, grilled onions, and turkey bacon. Oh, and did I mention this fits into my meal plan? 😍

When you try a new path and you find something inspiring

I forgot how hard it is to run in 80 degree weather 😩 It was a struggle, but I got it in (with a little walking/running intervals the last half mile) πŸ”₯

Are you looking for a way to keep motivated on your fitness journey? Are you searching for something that ignites a passion in your soul? Are you looking for a way to help others live their healthiest and happiest lives? Then you NEED to get yourself on the list for this coaching sneak peek. ✨✨✨
I became a coach because I knew I was meant for something greater in this life. I struggled with my weight for so long, and then I found this AMAZING community full of support, motivation, and passion. I knew that this was what I had been searching for. My part-time "job" is to work on my health and help others find the tools that will make them healthy? I have the opportunity to make a 6-figure income by doing this? I can get paid for living my passion? When I found coaching, the only question I had before signing up was why didn't I start this sooner. ✨✨✨

@carldaikeler this is my audition tape to be a new You V2 backup dancer πŸ˜‚ Tried this new program out after Pilates Fix and it reminded me of the Zumba classes I used to take at the gym - You V2 is fun for any age, any fitness level, and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. You all would watch me in a workout video, right? πŸ˜‰

Good morning 😻

A 5k a day keeps the doctor away πŸ™ŒπŸ»

When you've been on this journey awhile and you've seen yourself lose weight, gain weight, lose weight, and gain weight again - it can be hard to see the physical changes sometimes. I still see the 250+ pound me that would eat fast food in secret in my car before work. I still see the overweight girl who couldn't run the mile in high school. I still catch glimpses of myself in a mirror or on video and think "Wait, that's what I look like now?" It may be something I never get used to, but what's most important is I now see the confident woman I've grown into. I see the happier, healthier me. I see someone who's passionate about being healthy, and who strives to help others become their healthiest, happiest selves. I'm becoming more me every day πŸ’ͺ🏻

My breakfast parfait was practically perfect (in portion) in every way β˜‚οΈ

I'm zoning in on my nutrition this week guys. I'm back to following my Portion Control Plan and I'm feeling better already. No counting calories, no macros math, just measuring mah food in my handy-dandy portion control containers and keeping track in an app on my phone. I don't feel deprived, stressed, or hungry. This is what works best for me and I needed to go back to the basics.
If you want me to send you info on the plan I'll be following, leave an emoji down below 🀀😢😜😘 Also, who caught on to my Mary Poppins reference? πŸ˜‹

Fireworks over the junkyard ✨

HOLY GUACAMOLE πŸ™ŒπŸ» You guys, if you've been following my journey since the beginning, you know I used to run a lot and completed a couple half marathons. Well let's just say that since my last half 2 years ago, I wasn't running much. And in the past year, I haven't run more than a mile on the treadmill. I LOVE to run and the past 8 months I was letting my knee injury hold me back. I will be honest with you all, I was scared. I had convinced myself that my years of running long distances at 200+ pounds caused weak knees and I would injure myself again if I ran more than a mile. Even though I was doing my at-home workouts, that right there was me letting my EXCUSES get in the way. I feel on πŸ”₯ right now with motivation because I just RAN past my excuses and left them in the dust. I'm back πŸ’ͺ🏻
