Today I am starting with a protein pancake (coming on my story)
Multicore and Omega3 1000 and *Xcess Ultra Concentrate -(before breakfast)*, all from @xcorenutrition
Lunch: chicken, rice and vegetables.
Before and after training:
POWA, BBCAA Complex 3100. After: Proteinshake of 100% Whey Hydro Isolate protein from @xcorenutrition with oals, peanut butter from @Prozis and a banana (mix), also BCAA Complex again and Creatine.
Biff, potatoes/rice and vegetable. Vitamin C1000, Xcess as in the morning to burn fat. -
And the last meal will be Salmon and greens. (I ordered a Fat burning from @Prozis that I can take at night!) But ZMA is here and is perfect before bed time.
