Here's where my book was really birthed- on @vanswarpedtour 2015 when I taught a class called turn Your Pain Into Art. Hearing your stories and resonating with you charged me every single day, and after teaching I would go straight back to the bus to write. Thanks to each of you who inspired me that summer!

Thanks to the amazing team who helped me shoot the back cover photo for Turn Your Pain Into Art! It takes a village, and ours is 🔥

This week on #TheRELShow: Self love isn’t that hard, but we tend to make it difficult, don’t we? Here are the top three reasons we resist loving ourselves. See it now, link in bio!

I’ve never been a big ocean person. I don’t naturally gravitate towards beaches and salt water, but I do love me some mountains. Giant wooded landscapes like this make me feel expanded and more like myself, so I make it a point to experience them. It’s a way to honor my tastes and be loving to myself. A way to say to myself, “I care about what makes your heart go YES.”

Everyone does this in their spare time, right??

Hey loves,
I want to share a story with you.
A few years ago, I was flying to Europe to play music with my band. I should have been excited, but I was sad, feeling heavy, and confused. Why was I still unhappy when I was living my dreams of playing music?

It suddenly hit me, on that plane, something I had never thought before:

This broke my heart. I had never taken the time to know or like myself since I was so focused on reaching my goals.
But that day, I decided it might be worth learning how to love myself.

I learned, I grew, and I started sharing my findings. People connected with it. And I realized people needed to know there was a different way.

So I wrote a book.

On January 12, 2018, my first book Turn Your Pain Into Art will be released to the world.
I want to make this launch as big as possible, because this book needs to reach as many people as possible.

You can pre-order my book now and get some amazing bonuses I’ve created for you. The 7 hour audiobook, companion workbook, a mini video course on creativity-get it all just as my way to thank you for per-ordering.
Thank you.
Love, Ariel
