I felt as though I went from being fit and heathy to barely being able to get out of bed overnight. Walking up the stairs became difficult due to shortness of breath, I no longer trusted myself looking after the kids or driving with them as the exhaustion was so overpowering. I would lose vision in both eyes and would start to see flashing and then came the searing pain...
Once I started feeling better, I took this 'before' photo...
12 weeks BBG and 4 weeks BBGStronger later I am feeling my strength, health and happiness return.
Sometimes you just need to take a step back, listen to your body and work within your limits. When the cardiologists asked how I felt while I exercised and I told them, they said they were happy with it and to just follow the cues from my body.
I may have to take more breaks and go a little slower but now I know that that is ok and results will still come.
Start where you are, use what you have and do what you can.
