Nathan Hawkes' latest exhibition, titled 'Daytime Shame', invites us to observe the artist's deep commitment to the exercise of drawing. Carefully crafted sketchings in a palette of rich clotted reds and forest greens leave us feeling enriched but at times, bewildered.
