If you can’t laugh at yourself then you are taking life way too seriously. Yaa its fun to be smashing everything perfectly but its also fun to make light of things when they go wrong. Not just when you fall physically, but also when you fall mentally.
Trying to build stamina upside down but practice is not making perfect currently. You know what they say though.... Fall down seven, get up eight. 👊🏽

Specific carbohydrate diet and PCOS friendly. Yas i would have loved to put 809 toppings on but im keeping it simple to keep it on the lower caloric intake side. 🍌Nooo i dont calorie count but its important to be aware of your intake compared to your output. This week i am sat on ma butt revising so i wont stuff my face as much as usual👀 heres to hoping anyway😂 #ambitious #hun ❤️

i have revolved around the sun twenty two times and yet i’m still evolving. some days i feel like i could burst with passion and lust for the future, all the things i want to achieve, all the things i want to become- staying present becomes so challenging . but for now. baby steps. one day at a time. starting with passing my exams. but first- vegan food and a break from the madness. namaste 🕉

• M E T H O D •
- put beetroot, oil, garlic, dates and a pinch of salt into a blender until pureed.

The Specific Carbohydrate Diet:
Focusing on starving the bad bacteria in your gut and nourishing the good. Day 5 and i haven’t felt this good in ages. Especially since papaya is involved. (although.. chocolate- i miss you, see you soon hun.) 🥦watch thissss space. #guthealth #specificcarbohydratediet

🥀apparently it is ungraceful of me
to mention my period in public
cause the actual biology
of my body
is too real
it is ok to sell whats
between a womens legs
more than it is ok to
mention its inner workings
the recreational use of
this body is seen as
beautiful while
its nature is
seen as ugly

This is the face of someone who just got her period (i swear im much happier than i look- may have even done a little dance) And yes i said period. Yes im publicising it. yessss i celebrate it🎀 2 weeks late and i thought i had lost them again but i gotchaaa back. WHY do we not talk more about amazing beaautiful processes that bring us here today?
I went 5 years without having a cycle and i am now extremely grateful to be in the position i am now. Please be grateful of your body’s ability to function properly. The ability to go through phases is a blessing not a curse, it is part of what makes us women.❤️

A friendly Monday reminder that its ok to do things that don’t align with your goals- just as long as afterwards you can accept your choice.😍
One bad decision, day, weekend or week won’t ruin anything unless you convince yourself that it can.
☯️Whether its something you ate or something more personally related- whats done is done. All we can do is move forward. So say goodbye to guilt baes- it doesn’t belong here. Allow yourself room to be human❤️

things that make me happy. Fresh air. Sun. Friends. Plants. And most importantly- a good wine glass🤫 💚

My hangover remedy😻🍕
Lets be reaaal we all dont always make the best decisions to support our bodies. But at least we can try to minimise the effects on the body when we do. This drink helps to support detoxifying pathways and cleanse and alkalise the body after a few wines😏🥒🥂 #balance
•1/2 cucumber
•big handful spinach
•1/2 lemon with pith
•2 stalks celery
•coconut water to blend
•handful coriander
•handful parsley
Plus pop a b complex vitamin to help metabolise the alcohol and you have yourself a hangover cure💚 drink responsibly huns☯️

🖤Let me just say I am SO proud of every incredible person who has the courage to live with and/or speak out about their personal issues. Why are we so embarrassed as a society? To be who we are? ✖️NEVER be ashamed of who you are, flaws and all. You are not alone. You are human. You are no less than anyone else.

PCOS; polycystic ovarian syndrome.
After 2 years since being diagnosed and battling with this condition i finally got myself back to what i thought was good- until whaaam no period this month. The last week i had alllll tha symptoms but unfortunately no period and just a hella load of water retention around my stomach and face.
When i was first diagnosed i went into this weird crazy depression and anxiety not knowing how to deal with something so unknown- but i can tell you that now i am livingggg my best life and couldn’t be happier. PCOS forced me into learning about my body. Something so horrible at the time is now one of the most monumental & important moments of my life.
Its all a work in progress. Noone is perfect, but i think we are all pretty flawsome. And if you are battling with PCOS or any other condition, secret or not, right now- know that you are not alone, and that there is a way to end all the suffering. We got this, together.❤️
