Specific carbohydrate diet and PCOS friendly. Yas i would have loved to put 809 toppings on but im keeping it simple to keep it on the lower caloric intake side. 🍌Nooo i dont calorie count but its important to be aware of your intake compared to your output. This week i am sat on ma butt revising so i wont stuff my face as much as usual👀 heres to hoping anyway😂 #ambitious #hun ❤️

Beetroot Borani with Walnuts🤤
Sounds complex- actually took 5 minutes to prepare from scratch. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• R E C I P E •
- 500g cooked beetroot
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 soft medjool dates
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- handful of walnuts
- handful herb (i used parsley) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• M E T H O D •
- put beetroot, oil, garlic, dates and a pinch of salt into a blender until pureed.
- transfer to a bowl and add yogurt& vinegar then give it a swirllll but not too many times if you’re trying to make it look cute.
- to serve- sprinkle over the walnuts, chopped parsley and a little olive oil, add sprinkled feta or seeds too if you want.
You can legit eat this with anything. As a dip, on toast, on salads, or straight out the bowl🤤🤷🏽‍♀️🆘🤭

This is the face of someone who just got her period (i swear im much happier than i look- may have even done a little dance) And yes i said period. Yes im publicising it. yessss i celebrate it🎀 2 weeks late and i thought i had lost them again but i gotchaaa back. WHY do we not talk more about amazing beaautiful processes that bring us here today?
I went 5 years without having a cycle and i am now extremely grateful to be in the position i am now. Please be grateful of your body’s ability to function properly. The ability to go through phases is a blessing not a curse, it is part of what makes us women.❤️

A friendly Monday reminder that its ok to do things that don’t align with your goals- just as long as afterwards you can accept your choice.😍
One bad decision, day, weekend or week won’t ruin anything unless you convince yourself that it can.

My hangover remedy😻🍕
Lets be reaaal we all dont always make the best decisions to support our bodies. But at least we can try to minimise the effects on the body when we do. This drink helps to support detoxifying pathways and cleanse and alkalise the body after a few wines😏🥒🥂 #balance
Recipe:
•1/2 cucumber
•big handful spinach
•1/2 lemon with pith
•2 stalks celery
•coconut water to blend
•handful coriander
•handful parsley

🖤Let me just say I am SO proud of every incredible person who has the courage to live with and/or speak out about their personal issues. Why are we so embarrassed as a society? PCOS; polycystic ovarian syndrome.
After 2 years since being diagnosed and battling with this condition i finally got myself back to what i thought was good- until whaaam no period this month. The last week i had alllll tha symptoms but unfortunately no period and just a hella load of water retention around my stomach and face.
When i was first diagnosed i went into this weird crazy depression and anxiety not knowing how to deal with something so unknown- but i can tell you that now i am livingggg my best life and couldn’t be happier. PCOS forced me into learning about my body. Something so horrible at the time is now one of the most monumental & important moments of my life.
Its all a work in progress. Noone is perfect, but i think we are all pretty flawsome. And if you are battling with PCOS or any other condition, secret or not, right now- know that you are not alone, and that there is a way to end all the suffering. We got this, together.❤️
