My baby turned two today! Which really just means that if she wants to wear her helmet for a walk in the stroller, who am I to argue? 🤷🏼‍♀️(Ok, I also have no energy to argue about fashion these days...😉)

I have my pregnancy glucose screening tomorrow morning which means I'm not supposed to eat anything high in carbs at breakfast...so that's all I can think about.

It's precisely why I don't diet or have any off-limit foods: because I'll obsess over it (not healthy) or feel guilty if I eat the forbidden food (not healthy).

I think the guilt associated with 'bad& #39; foods is far more detrimental than the food itself. It can take some work to get to a place without any guilt, but it's soooo worth it.

Let go of the guilt. Enjoy your food. Move on. ❤

Easy peasy. 😉Made this simple side dish last week when I was scrounging for a vegetable and all we had was a bag of frozen peas. It's barely a recipe but it tasted so good, so I wanted to share!

1️⃣ lightly sauté 2 cups frozen peas in 1 Tbsp butter, cooking for about 5 minutes or until peas are hot
2️⃣season with salt & pepper
3️⃣sprinkle with some grated Parmesan

I can handle Monday mornings when breakfasts come together in 3-minutes. Anything else? Not so much, please send all the coffee. 😴 #anutritionisteats
