I'm pretty flexible. As a kid I had a condition called hypermobility syndrome, where my ligaments and whatnot were really loose. It pretty much made me a noodle, and I wasn't able to develop strength in my extremities to do things like ballet and gymnastics. I ended up finding a place in jazz dance, and later on in Tae Kwon Do. Growing pains sucked, and I had a lot of joint pain as a kid, but now that I'm an adult, I've grown into them and have stayed remarkably limber. Getting a good stretch after a workout feels so good. I have to say, being flexible makes sex so much more interesting, so if you're looking for ways to spice things up, look up some hip, leg, and back stretches so your pelvis has a larger range of motion. You might not be able to turn yourself into a pretzel, but it definitely opens up your options!
