Ok so still very new to this whole eating clean thing but think I have it somewhat down. For breakfast I had a vanilla shakeology shake, and this is my lunch for today. All natural peanut butter on 100% whole wheat bread, Fage Greek yogurt with chia seeds, fresh cut fruit, and roasted unsalted almonds and sunflowers seeds. Washing this all down with water as well. I'm feeling pretty good today about my choices. Beats the fast toxic garbage I would have eaten normally. Yay to clean eating and being a better me!
